Terms of Service

Pebble, by Drystone · Last updated 03 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pebble mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Drystone ("Pebble", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Pebble is a business-management application that lets you record sales, manage products, customers, suppliers and purchases, generate receipts and invoices, and view reports. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

Your data and content

You retain ownership of the business records and content you enter ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to record any information about third parties (such as your own customers) that you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading malware; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; interfering with or disrupting the Service; or using it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

WhatsApp and third-party services

If you connect a WhatsApp Business number or other third-party service, your use of that service is also subject to that provider's terms and policies (for example, Meta's WhatsApp Business terms). You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message your customers.

Fees

Some features may be offered as paid plans. Where fees apply, they will be described to you before you incur them. Taxes and any third-party messaging charges may apply.

Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drystone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own backups of important records.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see Delete your account and data). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
