This page explains how to request deletion of your Pebble account and the personal information associated with it. Pebble is operated by Drystone (the "app", "we", "us").

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to support@drystone.app from the email address registered on your Pebble account.
  2. Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
  3. In the body, briefly state that you want your account and associated data deleted. (Optional: tell us which business/tenant the account is for if you have access to several.)

We’ll respond within 5 business days to confirm we’ve received your request and to verify the request comes from the account owner. Once verified, deletion completes within 30 days.

Deleting only part of your data

You can delete individual records (a product, a customer, a sale) directly inside the Pebble app without deleting your account. To request bulk deletion of a specific category without closing your account, email support@drystone.app with the category you’d like removed (for example, "delete all photo uploads"). We’ll confirm and process within the same 30-day window.
